1. If you want to have your Surface Pro repaired at Microsoft, you have to log in on the Microsoft website with your customer data.
2. Now select the device that should be serviced. If the Surface Pro 6 is not yet in the list, you must register it first.
3. Now go to the option "Send device for service" and then "Service order starts".
