Cancel your Zattoo subscription - here's how to do it

If you like to watch TV channels on the go or don't want to miss out on certain shows but don't have traditional access to TV, then Zattoo is the right choice for you. But if you no longer want to use Zattoo's service, you can simply cancel your subscription.

So cancel your Zattoo subscription via the PC

You can cancel your subscription both via the PC and in the app. On the computer, proceed as follows:

1. On your PC, access the Zattoo website and log in with your username and the corresponding password.
2. In the upper right corner, you will find the "Account" button. Click on it.
3. You will now see a menu from which you can select the option "Subscriptions".
4. Now you will see an overview of your completed subscriptions. To make changes, you need to click the "Change" button.
5. You will now see how long your Zattoo subscription is still active and the date on which the automatic renewal would take effect. To cancel the subscription, you need to turn off the "Automatic renewal" option.

How to cancel Zattoo via app

If you want to cancel via the app, then you need to proceed like this:

1. Open the settings on your iPhone and select "iTunes & App Store".
2. Loggen Sie sich mit Ihrer Apple-ID ein.
3. Sie sehen nun Ihre Abonnements und müssen auf „Verwalten“ tippen. Schalten Sie nun „Automatisch verlängern“ aus.
