If you are on vacation or do not want to receive a delivery for other reasons, you can pause the subscription. To do this, you need to log in to HelloFresh.

How to pause HelloFresh delivery

When you get groceries through the HelloFresh provider, the packages are delivered on previously selected dates. If you do not make any changes here, you will receive one or more packages every week. If you do not want a delivery, you do not have to cancel the subscription directly. Instead, you can pause delivery for each individual package. It is possible to pause a delivery up to eight weeks before you receive the box. A pause is useful if you only do not need a cooking box on certain dates. 1. Öffnen Sie die Website von HelloFresh an Ihrem Computer.
