How to enable automatic screen rotation on the Huawei P30

If you want to switch from portrait mode to landscape mode or vice versa on your Huawei P30, this is possible by rotating the smartphone. However, for the switch to work in this way, it is necessary that you activate the rotate function via the status bar beforehand.

1. To do so, first swipe down from the top of the Huawei P30's screen to open the status bar.
2. Then swipe to the right, look for the "Auto Rotate" toggle, and tap it to activate the function.
3. If you do not see "Auto Rotate", tap the "pencil icon" instead and move the "Auto Rotate" toggle from the invisible to the visible area of the status bar.
