Renting a scooter from Tier can become very expensive in the long run. Each registration of a scooter has a basic fee of one euro. Each additional minute of the ride costs 19 cents. With frequent use of the offer the costs accumulate fast and an own acquisition is usually more economical.

How much does an e-scooter cost at Tier

Tier plans to replace its entire range of e-scooters with newer models. Current devices are therefore offered for sale.

1. On Tier's website you can currently buy refurbished e-scooters.
2. The offer is visibly good, because you also get a road registration to the e-scooter, as well as liability insurance and a warranty of twelve months.
3. General overhauled scooters are fully functional and only have small defects on the bodywork, which the customer must take care of himself.
4. The price for an e-scooter is 699 euros.

Tier: From when is the purchase worthwhile?

1. Due to the high acquisition costs, many users shy away from a purchase.
2. Already in a short time, however, the purchase is already amortized.
3. Bei einer täglichen Fahrt zur Arbeit und zurück betragen die Kosten bereits schätzungsweise 5 Euro.
4. Das sind im Monat etwa 100 Euro.
5. Abzüglich der Kosten für das Laden der Roller kann sich die Anschaffung bereits im ersten Jahr gelohnt haben.
