If you experience connection problems or noise, the first thing you should try is to resync the AirPods with your iPhone or iPad. Often, this is already enough to fix the error.If this does not help, try to reset the headphones using the charging case and your iOS device. To do this, follow these steps:- Place the AirPods in the charging case provided. Before proceeding, make sure that the battery of the headphones is not completely discharged. If the charge level is below 10 percent, let the AirPods charge for a while before proceeding.
- Press the setup button on the back of the charging case. Keep pressing the button until the status indicator of the AirPod case flashes alternately yellow and white.
- The reset was then successful and you can remove the AirPods from the case and pair them with your iPhone or iPad again as usual.
