Finding AirPods - how to locate the headphones

If you have lost one or even both of your AirPods, you can find the wireless headphones using your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. Apple offers an extra app through which you can find the AirPods. Additionally, you have the option to locate the headphones using your Apple ID account.

If you've lost one or both of your AirPods, you can locate the headphones using the "Where's?" app. You can use the app on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Open the "Where is?" app.
2. Tap the "Devices" tab to see a list of all available devices.
3. Select your AirPods from the list. The location of the headphones will then be displayed on the map.

Alternatively, you can also locate the AirPods via the browser and your Apple ID account.

1. In the browser, go to the URL "www.icloud.com" and log in with your Apple ID.
2. Select "Find my iPhone".
3. Klicken anschließend auf „Alle Geräte“ und wählen Sie Ihre AirPods aus der Liste aus.

Beachten Sie, dass Sie die „Wo ist?“-Funktion nicht nachträglich aktiveren können.

AirPods Ton abspielen

Um die Suche zu vereinfachen, können Sie über die „Wo ist?“-Funktion einen Ton über die AirPods abspielen lassen. Die Kopfhörer spielen dann für zwei Minuten einen kontinuierlich lauter werdenden Ton ab.
