Vodafone: Submit a complaint via email or hotline

Independently of whether you have a mobile or DSL contract with Vodafone or whether you are a prepaid customer, you can contact customer support if you have problems. How to submit a complaint by e-mail or via the hotline, we show you here.

Hotline: How to complain to Vodafone by e-mail

If you have problems with your mobile or DSL contract, you can complain in writing to Vodafone's customer support. The fastest way to do this is to submit your complaint by e-mail.
  1. To submit a complaint to Vodafone, please first open the website with the Vodafone contact form.
  2. Click there on the option "No, I have another question about an existing contract/product" and confirm with "Continue".
  3. Then select a topic and a product area and click first on "Next" and then on "No, continue in the contact form".
  4. You will now be prompted to log in with your login details or enter your contact details and can then type your complaint in the message field.
  5. Now still enter the displayed security key and send your complaint.

Email: How to complain via the Vodafone hotline

If you prefer to complain to Vodafone by phone, this is done via the free hotline of the telecommunications provider. This is available 24 hours a day at 0800 1721212. If you make the call directly from the German Vodafone network, you can reach the customer support under the number 1212. If you do not have a contract with Vodafone, but are a prepaid customer, the contact with the customer support is possible under the chargeable number 0172 2290229.
