If you are dissatisfied with DHL's service or there are problems with a shipment, it is possible to submit a complaint directly online. Here we show you how to proceed correctly and what other options you have to complain to DHL.
How to submit your complaint to DHL online
If you have problems with your DHL parcel carrier, your parcel has not arrived or it has been damaged in transit, you can complain to DHL. To submit your complaint directly online, either write an e-mail to "[email protected]" or use the Deutsche Post help pages at "dhl.de". If you do not want to submit your complaint to DHL online, there are several other ways to get in touch with the company.
