Atomic Heart is a potential hit - the mix of role-playing game and shooter in a serious Soviet atmosphere should appeal to many players. Well before the release, the system requirements have now been announced.

Atomic Heart is scheduled for release in 2021, but an exact date is not yet known. At least PC gamers can already check whether their hardware is sufficient.

In most cases, this will be true. Because the system requirements sound extremely fair. The minimum requirements are:

• CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K / AMD FX-6300
• Graphics card: GeForce GTX 780 / AMD Radeon R9 290
• Memory: 6 GB RAM

Recommended:

• CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K / AMD Ryzen 5 1500X
• Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1060 / AMD Radeon RX 580
• Memory: 8 GB RAM

Whether these fairly low requirements could change by the time of release remains to be seen, but doesn't necessarily seem likely. Owners of mid-range computers can therefore be happy.
