Terraria Commands - the most important commands in the overview

In Terraria there are a lot of commands that you can enter into the console during the game to turn various functions on and off. The interesting thing is that in many cases the functions can only be activated via the console and cannot be found in the normal settings.

The most important console commands in Terraria at a glance

In addition to the normal settings, the console commands in Terraria provide you with additional options through which you can fine-tune your server. To use the console and the commands, you must be the admin of the server or at least have appropriate rights. Otherwise you can not use the console.
  1. With the command "Playing" you get an overview of all games that are on the server.
  2. About the command "Help" you get a complete list of all commands that you can enter into the console.
  3. To send a message to the entire server, use the command "Say" (followed by your message).
  4. If one of the players violates the server rules, you can kick him from the server via the console command "Kick" (kick player name).
  5. If you do not want the player to come on the server at all, you can also ban him completely. This works via "Ban" (Ban player name).
  6. If some plugins do not work, force a new load with the command "Reload".

Switch off or restart server - so klappts by command

You also have the option via the console to restart the server. This works with the command "Restart". If you want to shut down the server, you can do that with the console command "Off". The server will then shut down and all players will be logged out.
