Sky Go: Register a new device - how to do it

When you subscribe to Sky, you usually get a receiver for your home. However, you can also access certain Sky Go content via other devices using the corresponding app. You can register a total of five devices and then manage them via your customer portal.

How to register new devices for Sky Go

With the help of the Sky Go app, you can access content from different devices. To register a new device, all you need to do is download the app and log in there with your account. The device will then be registered automatically. You will then find it in your device list. However, there are some points to consider when registering.

1. In total, you can register five devices in your account. To the total number of devices, your receiver and a device with a second card are not counted. Once you have reached the limit, you must delete previous devices from your list to be able to add a new one.
2. The devices are registered automatically, but you can remove them again via your customer portal.
3. To do this, go to the "My Sky" app and log in there with your login details. Select an appropriate device and tap on "Remove".
4. Note that you are allowed to exchange a maximum of five devices per month. Ansonsten ist es nötig, einen Monat zu warten.
