Through Twitch you can stream video games or watch such a stream. To use the platform, you must first create an account. In order to get access to all the features afterwards, you need to confirm the email address you provided when you signed up. These functions include, for example, the chat function while you are watching a stream.

1. First, go to the Twitch website via your browser and then log in with your chosen account details.
2. After that, click on your name in the top right-hand corner to open a menu. Here you click on the option "Settings" or "Settings".
3. Under "Profile Settings" you can see which email address you have specified.
4. Right is the button "Verify" or "Confirm".
5. Anschließend wird Ihnen von Twitch eine E-Mail an diese Adresse gesendet.
6. Öffnen Sie Ihr E-Mail-Programm und öffnen Sie anschließend die E-Mail von Twitch.
7. Klicken Sie auf den angegebenen Link, der Ihnen in der E-Mail angezeigt wird.
