Sky Ticket: Reset device list - how to do it

Sky Ticket is one of Sky's newer online streaming offers. The service consists of three different packages that are available for different prices. Sky Ticket Entertainment (series), Sky Ticket Cinema (movies) and Sky Ticket Sport (sports). In the process, you can use a maximum of four devices on which streaming is not possible at the same time.

How do you reset the device list on Sky Ticket?

It is not possible to directly reset the device list on Sky Ticket. However, you can remove and add individual devices. Attention, you can only add one new device per month. There is no limit for removing.

1. Log in on the Sky Ticket website with your account data. To do this, go to the top right on "Login" and then "Login".
2. After logging in, click again on the top right on "My Account" and select "Manage device list" in the drop-down menu.
3. Now you see a list of devices that are in your device list.
4. You can remove the device from the list by clicking on the X on the right in the device description. Confirm the process with "Remove".
5. The list will be reloaded and the device should now be gone. So können Sie nun alle Geräte aus der Liste löschen.
