Sportspaß e.V. is a non-profit association based in Hamburg and the largest sports club in Germany. Contracts with Sportspaß can be terminated on a quarterly basis. What to consider when you cancel at Sportspaß, read here.

Cancel a contract with Sportspaß

The non-profit association Sportspaß e.V. can be cancelled quarterly. It is important that your cancellation is received by Sportspaß by six weeks before the end of the quarter (as of April 14, 2020). Since the cancellation conditions can change, it is best to take a look at the articles of association of Sportspaß (paragraph 3.2) beforehand.

How to cancel at Sportspaß

1. Go to the website of Sportspaß.
2. Hover your mouse over the menu item "Become a member" and then select "Forms" in the submenu.
3. Click on the form "Cancellation".
4. In your browser opens a PDF form.
5. Click on the white arrow in the upper right corner.
6. Select the location for the PDF and click "Save".
7. Open the program with Adobe Reader.
8. Fill out the form.
9. Print the form and sign.
10. Send the cancellation by mail to: Sportspaß, Westphalensweg 11, 20099 Hamburg.
11. Alternatively, you can also use a sample template to cancel your Sportspaß membership.

You can also print the form directly after downloading and then fill out by hand. Make sure to write legibly and in block letters. To "print, open the form in your browser as explained above. Then click on the printer icon in the upper right corner and select "Print" in the print dialog box.
