How to install apps from the Google Play Store

The Google Play Store is pre-installed on all Android-powered devices. You must open this before you can start downloading apps.

1. You can now enter the name of the app or a general search term in the search bar of the Play Store.
2. The Google Play Store will then show you the available apps. When you have found the desired application, tap on it.
3. Now you will see the option "Install application". Tap on it and confirm the entry. The app will now be installed automatically.
4. If you want to update or reactivate an app, you need to click on the menu in the Play Store.
5. Now go to the sub-item "My apps and games" and scroll through the list until you find the app you want.
6. Now you will see the options you have for that app. Press "Update" and confirm your entry.

In order to install apps from the Google Play Store, you need a constant Internet connection or sufficient data volume. You also need sufficient storage space on your end device. If these requirements are met, you still need to check whether you have the rights to install.
