How to cancel your contract with Smartmobil

If you want to cancel your mobile phone contract with Smartmobil, it is important to observe the cancellation period. This may differ depending on the selected contract. If you are unsure which deadline you have to adhere to, it can be useful to look in your customer account or contact the support. You can easily cancel the contract online.

1. Go to the Smartmobil website with your browser to access the service world.
2. Log in there with your username and online password. You can also use your phone number here, if you have not created a username.
3. Click on the gear to get to the "Services" area. Hier erhalten Sie alle Optionen, die mit Ihrem Tarif verbunden sind.
4. Wählen Sie anschließend „Kündigung“ aus.
5. Im nächsten Schritt klicken Sie auf „Jetzt kündigen“. Hier sehen Sie nun auch den nächstmöglichen Kündigungstermin. Klicken Sie auf „Weiter“.
6. Beantworten Sie die Frage und bestätigen Sie abschließend nochmals über die Schaltfläche „Jetzt kündigen“.
7. Anschließend erhalten Sie eine Bestätigung mit allen relevanten Daten per E-Mail zugesendet.
