Finding messages and matches - how it works

The navigation in the Tinder app works via different icons that stand for the different functions of the app. Follow these steps to access your matches and messages:

1. Open the Tinder app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Tap on the speech bubble icon in the top right corner of the navigation, there you will find your matches.
3. Select a match and tap on it. You now have the option to write a message.

New messages and matches are marked in Tinder with a red dot. So you always know when there is something new.

Messaging without a match - is that even possible?
