Google Notes - how to keep track of important tasks

If you want to take notes on your computer, then it makes sense to use one of the numerous tools. Google also offers you such a program with Google Notes or Keep. This way you can quickly write a to-do list or jot down ideas and then share them with others.

These functions are provided by Google Notes

With Google Notes or Google Keep you have the possibility to write down and save your ideas. Afterwards, you can synchronize them with all devices via your Google account and also share them with other people.
  1. If you want to create a note, start the tool and click on "Write note".
  2. Alternatively, you can use one of the icons on the right side. So it is possible to quickly create a list, which you can then check off. But also drawings and images to insert is possible.
  3. Google Notes also gives you the option to record a voice memo.
  4. Would you like to see a note directly on the home page to access faster, pin it with the pin on the top right.
  5. About "Note" > "Bell" you can create a reminder time. So you will be reminded directly with a beep when a task needs to be done.
  6. About the icon with the three dots and the entry "Collaborators" it is possible to share your work via the corresponding email address.
