Set up Kodi on Android - here's how to do it

Kodi is a well-known free multimedia tool that allows you to watch videos, music and movies, but also livestreams, TV and YouTube via certain extensions. The software not only works on home devices, but is also perfect for on-the-go.

How to install Kodi on Android

Kodi can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. You can also search for "Kodi" directly in the store.

1. If you own a device that is not compatible with Google's Play Store, you can also install the app manually.
2. To do this, simply download it directly from the Kodi website. Before that, however, you need to allow apps from unknown sources. To do this, go to the security settings of your Android device and enable the option "Allow apps of unknown origin".
3. Then simply download the APK file with your Android browser and start the installation.
4. Now you just have to choose the right language setting. To do this, simply click on the gear icon in Kodi and then on "Interface Settings" and "Regional".
