Developer Tools in Safari - how to enable the tool

Safari is Apple's browser that comes pre-installed on every device from the company. With it, you can browse the Internet and access various websites. If you are a web developer, then it can be very useful to enable Safari's developer tools to use more features like the JavaScript console.

How to enable the developer tools in Safari?

With the developer tools you can include macros in Safari and thus automate certain processes.
  1. The first thing you need to do is open Safari so that the program's menu bar is displayed.
  2. In the menu at the top of the screen, select the "Safari" item and then the "Preferences" option.
  3. In the window that now opens, select the "Advanced" tab and check the "Show developer in menu bar" option. Now the item "Developer" should appear in the menu at the top.
  4. Click on this item and you will see a lot of options you can select.
  5. For example, disable the display of images or prevent JavaScript from running on a web page.
Safari already offers a lot of options even without the developer tools. Sie können sich gespeicherte Passwörter anzeigen lassen oder verschiedene Add Ons installieren, die den Funktionsumfang der Software noch erweitern.
