The cloud feature you activate as follows:
  1. Open the menu of Google Earth and there the sub-item "Map Style".
  2. Move the slider at "Enable Cloud Animation".
The clouds now appear as an additional layer above the earth's surface, but not rigid, but by dynamic animation. The movements of the last 24 hours are always displayed.
