  1. To create a new quick module, first enter the text fragment or word that the module is to contain into your Word document.
  2. Then highlight the word or text segment and navigate to "Text" > "Quick bricks" > "Save selection in Quick Brick Catalog" in the "Insert" tab.
  3. Thereupon a new window opens, in which you please give the module a name, which is also used as an abbreviation.
  4. To make the quick module available for all documents, set "Save in" to "Normal.dotm" and finally confirm with "OK".

How to use and manage quick blocks

Have you created a quick block, it can be inserted into a Word document at any time by typing the abbreviation and confirm with the F3 key. The abbreviation is then automatically converted into the text that is stored in the quick module. To view a created text module or to change it afterwards, please go to "Insert" > "Quick modules" > "Organizer for modules...", select the quick module and click on "Edit properties" to make changes.
