In God of War (2018) you are on the road with Kratos and his son Atreus in the world of Midgard, inspired by Norse mythology. During your journey through the story and game world of God of War, you can complete numerous challenges to earn trophies.

Collecting trophies in God of War - what you need to know

In God of War there are a total of 37 trophies that you can unlock throughout the game by completing challenges, the story or collecting collectibles. The awards are divided into 22 bronze trophies, 9 silver trophies, 5 gold trophies and 1 platinum trophy. However, you will only receive the latter as an award for unlocking all trophies.

• All awards can still be done after completing the main story. So you don't have to worry about missing out on a trophy.
• Since one of the challenges is to find all 328 collectibles, you should expect to spend 30 hours or more playing the game.
• Keep in mind that some collectibles can only be collected after completing the main storyline.
• Unlike other titles, the difficulty level doesn't matter for unlocking trophies in God of War. This also allows you to play through the game on any difficulty level, or even adjust it as you play.
• All trophies can also be completed offline, as there are no online trophies.

Even though God of War has a New Game Plus mode, it is possible to earn all trophies within one playthrough.
