Huawei P30: How to transfer your data with Phone Clone

Have you bought a new smartphone, there is a possibility to transfer the data of your old smartphone to the new device. If your new smartphone is a Huawei P30, please proceed as follows to transfer data:

1. First navigate to "System" > "Phone Clone" in the settings of the Huawei P30 and tap "THIS IS THE NEW PHONE".
2. Then select which operating system your old smartphone had and follow the displayed instructions to install Phone Clone on your old device.
3. Have you successfully installed, please open "Phone Clone" on your old smartphone and tap "THIS IS THE OLD PHONE" there.
4. After that, you will see a QR code on the Huawei P30, please scan it with the old phone to connect the devices.

How to transfer the data from a backup to your Huawei P30

If you have saved the files of your old smartphone in a backup, it is also possible to transfer them to the Huawei P30 by importing the backup.
