How to set your Vodafone router

To access the menu of your Easybox from Vodafone, proceed as with almost all common routers:

1. First, open the browser on your PC and enter "http://easy.box" or "http://192.168.2.1" (without the quotes) in the address bar.
2. Now you will be prompted to enter a password: If you haven't accessed the user data here before, just enter "root" as the username and "123456" as the password.
3. You are now in the settings menu of your router.
4. Now you can use the listed menu items to find the settings you would like to modify.

For modification to be possible at all, the PC must be connected to the router. So you want to be on the safe side or need the menu just because the WLAN does not work, connect the router best via LAN cable to the PC. In case of problems, restart the router before you try to access the settings again.
