How to use the gallery view in Zoom

Numerous participants can take part in a meeting at Zoom. In order to be able to adapt the view to your own wishes, the platform offers various options here. However, you can only use these if the screen has not been shared by any of the participants. In the gallery view, you can see up to 49 participants on your screen and scroll through all users with an arrow.
  1. First, open the website of "Zoom" in your browser.
  2. Then join a video conference or create your own. In addition, you can also schedule a meeting in advance.
  3. Once the conference has started and the participants have joined it, you can customize the view.
  4. To do this, click on the "Gallery View" in Zoom's window, which you will find in the top right corner.
  5. Now the layout changes and you have a modified view that you can change or customize at any time. Switch so about in the full screen mode, in the mode where only the "Active speaker" is shown to you or use the mini window where all other applications remain faded in.
