Zoom: Participants - so many users are possible

With Zoom you can participate in video conferences and meetings. In doing so, you can share the screen for presentations and use quite a few other useful features. To participate, all you need is a link with an invitation, or you can create the conference yourself and become the host.

How many participants can join a Zoom conference

Depending on the number of participants is the version you use with Zoom. Depending on this, a larger number of participants as well as various features are available to you, which you can tailor to suit you.

• Free: If you use the free version, then up to 100 participants can take part in a virtual meeting at the same time. Group meetings can have a duration of up to 40 minutes. In pairs, this is unlimited.
• Pro: Here, too, the maximum number of participants is 100, whereby group meetings can take place indefinitely. Streaming on social networks and a 1 GB cloud recording is also included.
• Business: Here, the number of participants is extended up to 300 people. In addition, only a one-time registration is required here. Also included are transcripts of the cloud recording, managed domains and corporate branding.
• Enterprise: In this version, up to 500 participants can take part in a video conference simultaneously. In addition, unlimited cloud storage is available. Transcriptions and a dedicated Customer Success Manager are also part of the version.
• Enterprise Plus: This variant contains the same benefits as the Enterprise version of Zoom, but here conferences with up to 1,000 participants are possible.
