WhatsApp: How to mark messages with a star

To mark a message with star, proceed as follows:

1. Open the chat and hold your finger on the message you want to mark.
2. After a short time, the options appear at the top. Tap on the star.

This will now appear on the right side of the message window. The purpose of the star is that you can find these messages later particularly easily. To do this, open the chat overview and tap on the three menu items at the top right. There you can select "Starred" to then see all messages that have been marked accordingly in a listing.
