Performing display repair on iPhone 11 Pro

You can have your iPhone 11 Pro repaired either at an Apple Store or at an Apple-authorized service provider. Additionally, you have the option to send the smartphone in to be repaired at an Apple repair center. To do so, contact Apple Support. You will then receive a shipping box in which you can send the iPhone to the repair center.

• Be sure to create a backup before you turn in your smartphone. If the condition of the screen allows it, you can make the backup directly from the device settings. Alternatively, you can also create a backup from the computer.
• The cost of a display repair outside the warranty is 220.90 euros at Apple itself. Note: If there are other damages to the smartphone, additional costs may apply. The price for the repair can vary depending on the workshop.
• The repair time also depends on where you drop off your iPhone 11 Pro. For example, a repair with shipping via Apple Repair Center may take 6 to 8 days.

Warranty coverage and AppleCare+

Depending on the type of damage, the repair may be covered by Apple warranty or applicable consumer protection laws. If you also purchased an AppleCare+ contract when you bought your iPhone 11 Pro, you will only incur a small deductible of 29 euros if the repair is performed by an Apple Store or Apple Repair Center.
