Moving from Android to iOS is a big change, as you first need to get familiar with the new interface and navigation. To transfer your Android device's data to your new iOS device, Apple offers the "Transfer to iOS" app.

What you need to know when switching to iOS

In order to set up and manage your iPhone or iPad, you need an Apple ID. Among other things, this is needed for purchases in the App Store and to save content in the iCloud. In addition, you need iTunes, for example, to synchronize music, pictures or movies from your computer with the iOS device. To simplify the move from Android to iOS, Apple provides the "Transfer to iOS" app in the Google Play Store. Through this app, you have the option to transfer all your data from your Android device to your iOS device. The data transfer works via a Wi-Fi network, where both devices have to be located. Also, both devices need to be connected to the power grid during the process. To sync contacts, you can include the corresponding account in the account management of your iOS device.

Sync Google account on iOS

Follow these steps to include your Google account:

1. Open the settings of your iOS device.
