Shpock: How to reset your forgotten password

In order to log in to your account on the flea market app Shpock, you need the password you set when you first signed up. If you have forgotten this, it is necessary to reset the password to regain access to your account.

1. To set a new password, please open the Shpock website and click on "Login" in the upper right corner.
2. Thereupon, a new login window will open, where you need to click on the "Forgot your password?" link below the input fields.
3. Now enter your email address and confirm your request by clicking on "Send link to reset".
4. Then go to your email inbox, open the link contained in the email and set a new password.

How to change the Shpock password is possible

If you have not forgotten your Shpock password, but want to set a new password for another reason, this is possible with the same procedure. To do this, log out of your Shpock account and click on the "Forgot Password" link. On the other hand, if you have registered with Shpock using Google or Facebook, you will not be able to use the method described above to change your password. In this case, visit the website "google.com/settings/passwordchange" instead, or navigate to "Account Settings" > "Password" in your Facebook account.
