MHW: How to collect all trophies in the game - all info

There is a lot to do in Monster Hunter World, even more so since the Iceborne expansion. For frequent players who want it all, there are also trophies up for grabs. We explain what it's all about.

In Monster Hunter World, trophies are represented as medals, as explained here earlier. You can find the overview in your guild card.

MHW: Trophies for main game and expansion

In Monster Hunter World there were a total of 50 trophies, with Iceborne another 50 were added. The system has remained identical:

• Of the total of 100 trophies, you only have to actively collect 98 (49 twice), as the 50th medals in each case come automatically in conclusion.
• Many trophies you get all by themselves, without having to think about it, such as through the story progression and rising master rank.
• As in the main game, however, there are some trophies in Iceborne that require some work. For example, you need to catch some rare animals, grab gold crowns for all the new monsters, and complete the treasure hunt and photo missions.
• The trophy hunt is thus aimed at intense players with the urge to achieve a 100 percent score. It is about the award and the feeling of having really played through the game.

Mostly it goes to the targeted trophy hunt, when all the important content such as monsters and weapons have already been worked off. Until then, well over 100 hours pass, often even a multiple of that - the size of Monster Hunter World was finally expanded with Iceborne.
