Arduino Tutorial - how to use the small computer

If you have never worked with a mini computer and circuits before, the beginning can be confusing. However, due to the large Arduino community, many functions are easier than expected. There is one particular project that will give you an easy start and teach you a lot at the same time.

Getting started with the Arduino

An Arduino project always consists of certain hardware components and self-programmed software. For your first project, you should not undertake anything too complicated. It is already enough an LED, which is briefly on and then off again or flashes.

1. For the project you need an Arduino, a resistor (1 kOhm), an LED, some Male-Male jumper cables, a breadboard and a USB connection cable.
2. To build the circuit, first connect the GND to the minus column of the breadboard and D13 to the plus column.
3. Nun stecken Sie die LED mit der langen Seite in die a-Spalte und mit der kurzen in die Minuspalte.
4. Verbinden Sie nun den Widerstand mit der b-Spalte in derselben Reihe wie die LED sowie mit der Plus-Spalte.
5. Öffnen Sie die Arduino IDE und wählen Sie unter „Werkzeug“ Ihr Arduino-Board und den richtigen Port aus.
6. Nun öffnen Sie einfach den Standardcode für eine blinkende LED unter „Datei/Beispiel/Basic/Blink“. Starten Sie diesen mit einem Klick auf das Pfeil-Symbol oben links.
