To prevent the loss of important data, it is advisable to create regular backups. To back up the data, you have several options to choose from on the Samsung Galaxy A80. As an aid, Samsung offers an extra app for creating backups.

Creating a data backup - here's how

Follow these steps to create a backup using the Samsung Data Backup app:

1. Go to the application screen and open the Data Backup app.
2. Select whether you want to save the backup to the built-in storage or the microSD card. If you have connected the Galaxy A80 to your computer via USB cable, this is also available as a storage location.
3. Now determine which data should be backed up.

3. Tippen Sie auf die Option „Samsung Cloud“.

5. Wählen Sie aus, von welchen Daten eine Sicherung angelegt werden soll und tippen Sie auf „Jetzt sichern“.

In den Sicherungseinstellungen der Samsung Cloud haben Sie außerdem die Option, automatische Sicherungen einzurichten.
