Google AdSense: This is what estimated earnings mean

In your AdSense account, you can see all the earnings from online advertising to date on a daily basis. However, these are called estimated earnings. Our guide explains what this means.

Your own clicks don't count: estimated earnings are still corrected in AdSense.

Google's AdSense advertising network can be a good source of income for site operators.

AdSense: Estimated revenue is only a guideline

The estimated revenue can be found directly on the home page after logging in to AdSense:
  • Estimated revenue is based on all registered clicks on banner ads on your page.
  • Before the conversion to actual revenue, however, Google still performs a correction.
  • This takes about ten days after the end of the billing month. Invalid clicks are identified and removed from the invoice, so they do not appear in the payout.
By the way, these invalid clicks also include clicks that you yourself have performed on ads on your pages. Apart from the fact that you can not earn money from this, there is even the risk that you will be excluded from AdSense. Thus, it is doubly advisable to refrain from this action.
