You can find and activate the game mode as follows:

1. Open the headphone app "Galaxy Buds+".
2. Select the menu item "Labs".
3. There you can activate the gaming mode via slider.

The effect of this mode is already explained in the short description: Thus, the gaming mode is supposed to reduce the input delay, which is unavoidable with wireless transmissions like Bluetooth, as much as possible. This way, the sound arrives almost synchronously in both directions via the Galaxy Buds+. In return, the sound quality is minimally reduced; however, this is usually not noticeable. The improvement in latency usually clearly outweighs this.
