Snapchat: Account hacked - here's how to proceed

If your Snapchat account has been hacked, it is often impossible to clearly determine. An indication of this is, for example, if you can no longer log in with your data, even though it is completely correct. It is also possible that you have received or sent snaps that you cannot remember.

The safest thing to do is to change your own password regularly for optimal protection against third-party access. However, if you do not have access to the account, this does not work.

1. Now to get access to your account again, you need to contact Snapchat support.
2. Fill out the official form and first select the item "I have problems logging in."
3. Further specify "I can not log in to Snapchat".
4. Next, select "I think my account has been hacked", then click "Yes" and finally click "No".
