Google now mixes in the most diverse segments. Gaming has also long been included, for example through Google Play Games. This was followed in November 2019 by the release of Google Stadia. This is less a console and more a cloud gaming service.

Industry experts believe it is possible that Google will develop its own gaming console.

• Until now, Google's efforts in this area were known as "Project Yeti". In November 2019, however, the service was released as "Google Stadia".
• You can play with it on your PC, smartphone or a TV if you have a Chromecast connected to it. On the PC, you also need the Google Chrome browser.
• For control, you can use any controller or a mouse and keyboard.
• Stadia itself is a paid service from Google, in addition, you have to pay for the games.
