What is AMD StoreMI? We introduce the software

How AMD StoreMI

AMD StoreMI works as follows:

• The purpose of StoreMI is to accelerate classic hard drives. This is done with the help of the SSD cache.
• The software is thus aimed at users who have both HDD and SSD installed.
• As a result, HDD access times are significantly faster and this is noticeable in (almost) all application areas, starting with Windows and ending with performance gaming.
• Since StoreMI is a software, you have to download it additionally. It is not installed automatically.
• Whether you can use StoreMI depends on the chipset of your AM4 mainboard. Owners of X399, B450 and X470 get the software for free, all other users need FuzeDrive (available for purchase here).
