Speedport: Access via the browser - how it works

Telecom's Speedport range lets you connect to the Internet and get your phone up and running. To configure your Speedport connection, simply use the browser. However, you must first connect the device to the Speedport via LAN or WLAN.

This is how you get access to the Speedport via the browser

If you want to configure your Speedport via the browser, you must first connect the device running the browser to the Speedport via LAN or WLAN. If you want to establish a WLAN connection, you can use the WLAN key that came with the Speedport.

1. Open a browser of your choice on the connected device.
2. Enter "speedport.ip" in the address bar. You can optionally also enter the IP address.
3. You get the IP address in experience by first starting the console on your PC. Then enter the command "ipconfig" into the console and press the Enter key. In the line "Default gateway" is now your IP address.
