Setting up Outlook with T-Online account - it's that easy

With a little bit of skill, you can also access the e-mails you receive on your T-Online address under Outlook. All you have to do is invest a little time and patience, and you'll have access to your notifications as well as saved notes.

How to get access

It's really easy to get access to the mails of your T-Online account with Outlook, if you know how to proceed.

1. Start Outlook on your PC or laptop and look for the "File" button on the start screen. Click on it.
2. A drop-down menu will now open where you select the "Add account" option.
3. Outlook will now redirect you to a wizard window where you click the "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" option.
4. Now click "Next" twice on the following questions.
5. Now you can access your emails from your T-Online account and retrieve them at any time.

Work in parallel

Since you can now also retrieve your emails via Outlook with your T-Online account, it makes sense that you set up another email address with Outlook. This way you can create your own addresses for different matters, for example for newsletters and online shopping or for private or professional conversations. This will give you a special overview and you will not have to get used to a new user interface.
