How to print your Word documents with comments

Word is a word processing program from Microsoft. In this, the software offers you all the necessary functions to create your documents. You can also write comments in your documents. However, these do not remain visible when you print the document. However, if you want to print the comments with, then you must first make some settings.

1. Open the document with the comments that you want to print.
2. If you have an older version of Word, then follow the instructions, with newer versions from 2010 skip the following steps and read on from step six.
3. First click on "View" or "Page Layout" at the top of the bar to change the tab.
4. If your comments are not visible here, first select the "View" or "Markup" option.
5. Then go to "Print" and activate the "Document with Markups" option.
6. For newer versions, go directly to "File" at the top and then to "Print".
