Kieser Training is a Swiss chain for health-oriented strength training. The studios can be found at various locations in Germany. If you want to terminate your contract with the company, a proper notice of termination is necessary. In addition to the notice period, formal criteria must also be observed.

How to cancel your contract with Kieser Training

Kieser Training is a franchise company, so contracts of franchisees may vary. A contract with Kieser Training usually has a duration of twelve or 24 months. As a rule, the contract is extended by twelve months unless it is terminated in text form (e.g. by e-mail, fax, letter or note) with two months' notice to the end of the term. A special right of termination may be granted for extraordinary reasons. Important reasons are, for example, illness or pregnancy. You need a written certificate, which you must attach to the termination.

1. If the termination is in writing, send it by registered mail to your contract partner - that is, the studio where you signed the contract.
2. Alternatively, the termination is possible by e-mail to the e-mail address of the respective Kieser Training studio or by fax to the Kieser Training studio.
3. In your letter, specify your name, address and customer number, so that the termination is assigned correctly.
4. You can also specify a termination date. If you are not sure when this is, it is sufficient to write "at the next possible date".
5. If you send the notice by letter, you should send it as a registered letter for reasons of proof. Only in this way you have proof at a later date that the termination was received on time and legally executed.
