C-Date: Cancel in two steps

There are several reasons to want to cancel your C-Date account. The dating platform also does not make it difficult for you to cancel the subscription. If you want, you also have the option of stating your reason for cancellation.

Cancel free membership with C-Date

How quickly you can cancel with C-Date depends primarily on the type of membership you have. If you have a free membership and now want to cancel it, it's easy to do so online.

1. Log in with your user data and click on "My profile".
2. In the "Properties" submenu you will now find the option "Your membership". Click on "Change".
3. Now you have the option "Delete profile". Click on it and confirm.
4. Alternatively, you can also write an email to "[email protected]" (link: mailto:[email protected]) and tell your cancellation. In this case, ask for confirmation of your cancellation
5. You do not have to observe a deadline here. You can cancel at any time.

How to cancel your paid subscription

Have you subscribed to a paid C-Date subscription and want to end it, for example, to use a free dating app, you must submit the cancellation in writing. Fortunately, however, you do not have to observe long notice periods. Your letter only needs to be received by C-Date 14 days before the end of the subscription cycle.However, the dating platform helps you with this process by allowing you to download a cancellation PDF. To do this, go to "Your membership" in your C-Date account under "Settings" and now select "change". Here you will now download the form that is displayed. Print it out and fill it out with the required data. Alternatively, the PDF document can also be edited online.Send the letter either by fax or by mail to Interdate S.A in Luxembourg.
