When you make calls with your One Plus 7 Pro, the phone number of the device automatically appears on the display of the called party. If you want to avoid that the called party learns your number, your only option is to suppress the display of the number.

1. To make this change, first please open the phone app of the One Plus 7 Pro and open the settings there.
2. In the settings, then tap "More settings" and select "Caller ID".
3. Thereupon another submenu opens, in which you must select the option "Suppress Caller ID".
4. Your number is now no longer displayed during calls and instead the info "Unknown number" appears on the display of the called party.

One Plus 7 Pro: How to block calls with suppressed number

If you receive calls with suppressed number frequently on your One Plus 7 Pro itself and find this annoying, you can block them. However, since the conventional way of adding the corresponding number to the device's block list does not work, you need an additional app for this.
