WoW Shadowlands: Unlock Allied Races - how to do it

The Allied Races are already visible during character creation. New players who need to play one of the additional races can do so in Shadowlands under simplified conditions.

Short quest: The Allied Peoples are much easier to unlock since Shadowlands.

We already explained the basics about the Allied Peoples back then, at the time of Legion, in this post. For the release of the current expansion Shadowlands, however, there have been changes.

WoW Shadowlands: How to unlock the Allied Races

These changes affect the unlocking of the Allied Races.

• Since Shadowlands, it is easier to unlock the Allied Races.
• The reputation "Honorable" with the respective people is no longer a prerequisite.
• It is sufficient to complete the quest series. This usually requires no more than an hour.
• In addition, you must have at least a level 50 character.

Since Shadowlands introduced the Mechagnome (Alliance) and the Vulpera (Horde) as additional ally races and the total number on both sides is now six, the simplification of the rules is all the more interesting. Indeed, the long grind required to reach the highest reputation level acted as a deterrent to many players; so the change is a game changer.
