Alexa Podcast: how to listen to them on Alexa device

This is how you listen to podcasts on your Alexa device

If you use an Alexa device like the Echo Dot, you not only have the ability to control the playback of your favorite music with Alexa, but you can also listen to podcasts.

1. Without activating additional skills, listening to podcasts via TuneIn is possible. To listen to a podcast via TuneIn, simply use the command "Alexa, play..." and name the podcast name.
2. If you have a premium subscription to Spotify, access to various podcasts is also possible via it. Connect Alexa and Spotify for this first by going to "Settings" > "Music and Media" in the Alexa app, select Spotify and follow the instructions to link the music service with Alexa.
3. Audible also has some podcasts on offer. If you already have an account with Audible, simply tell Alexa which podcasts you want to listen to in order to start playback.

Another way to listen to podcasts with Alexa is to use skills. However, this only works if an Alexa skill is already available for the podcast you want to listen to. To activate a podcast skill, please go to the "Skills" category in the opened Alexa app, search for a podcast skill using the search box and tap "Activate" to use it.
