Sky Q: How to set up channels as favorites

To find your favorite channels on Sky Q faster, using the favorites function is useful. However, since the update to Sky Q, the favorites list is no longer displayed directly on the home screen, but must be accessed via the menu. There you also have the option to edit your favorites list.

1. To set a channel as a favorite on Sky Q, first press the "Home" button on your remote control.
2. In the main menu, then select the "Settings" option and navigate to "Favorites" > "Manage favorites".
3. Now decide on a channel position between 1 and 99 and select the desired TV or radio station to add it to the favorites list.
4. If you want to edit the list to remove channels or change their place, please press "Sort list".

Call up the favorites list in Sky Q

Since access to your favorites via the home page is no longer possible, you usually have to go to "Settings" > "Favorites" in the menu to call up your favorite channels. However, with the help of a trick, you can also view your favorites faster. To do this, press the "OK key" on your keyboard to see your favorites as a single view.
