Siri: Clear history - how to do it
All requests and commands you give Siri are stored in a history by Apple's voice assistant. If you don't want Siri to store your communication history, you have the option to delete it on the device in question.
How to clear Siri history on your devices
When you use Siri, the voice assistant saves the communication history. If you want to delete this history, the procedure needed for this depends on what kind of device it is.- If you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with Siri, please navigate to "Settings"> "Siri & Search" > "Siri and Dictation History" to delete the history and tap "Delete Siri and Dictation History".
- If you use Siri on the Apple Watch, you can delete the history directly on the smartwatch by selecting the option "Delete Siri and dictation history" under "Settings" > "Siri".
- Mac users can delete the Siri history in the system settings of the computer by going to "Siri" > "Delete Siri and dictation history".
- Deleting the Siri history is also possible on the Apple TV. To do this, open the device's settings, tap "General" and select "Delete Siri and Dictation History" in the "Siri History" section.
